The Gulf States region represents MM Reps’ newest expansion into Mississippi, Louisiana, and Arkansas. We are actively building dealer relationships and establishing market presence across all three states.
This territory is supported by our Atlanta headquarters team and benefits from the full resources of MM Reps, including access to our test kitchens, culinary programming, and manufacturer support. As we grow in this market, we are adding dedicated territory managers and exploring locations for a regional test kitchen.

Florida is one of the largest and most dynamic foodservice markets in the Southeast. MM Reps provides statewide coverage with dedicated territory managers for every major metro area, from Jacksonville all the way down to Key West, including Orlando, Tampa, and Miami.
Our Orlando test kitchen serves as the regional hub for demonstrations, trainings, and dealer events. With a diverse mix of hotels, resorts, restaurants, schools, and healthcare facilities, the Florida market requires specialized knowledge. Our team includes multiple chefs who bring hands-on culinary expertise to every interaction.

The Southeast Central region is home to MM Reps’ headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. This is our largest and most established territory, with dedicated territory managers, chefs, and support staff covering every major market from Nashville to Birmingham to Atlanta.
Our Atlanta test kitchen serves as the hub for culinary demonstrations, manufacturer trainings, and dealer events. Corporate Chef Bruce Marlette leads culinary programming across the region, and our Nashville test kitchen provides coverage for the Tennessee market.
Carolinas | MAFSI Region 11
North Carolina, South Carolina

The Carolinas region is one of MM Reps’ most established territories. With deep dealer relationships built over decades, our team provides full-service support to operators, dealers, and consultants across both states. From the mountains of western North Carolina to the Lowcountry of South Carolina, we have boots on the ground and a test kitchen ready for live demonstrations.
Our Carolinas team includes dedicated territory managers for the eastern and western markets, a Lowcountry specialist, and a Director of Consultant Services who works directly with foodservice designers and architects across the region.
